What this service is for

Turn passive viewing into a purposeful moment of participation.

An exhibition interaction works best when the mechanic reinforces the message. The experience should be quick to understand, appropriate for the expected crowd and realistic for the available space, staffing and show-floor conditions.

Zeno scopes the creative concept, user journey, interface, development and agreed hardware or data requirements as an independent service. It can sit within a booth delivered by Zeno or by another contractor.

Frequently asked questions

Before you send the brief.

Can an interactive activation be commissioned on its own?

Yes. Interactive & Gamification is a standalone service. It can be designed for an environment delivered by Zeno, another booth contractor or the event organiser.

Can the lucky draw be customised for our event?

The branding, entry flow, eligibility, reward logic, operator view and result state can be scoped around the campaign and event requirements.

Can the experience capture leads?

Lead capture can be included when required. The brief should define the data owner, necessary fields, consent language, retention process and any event or jurisdiction requirements.

What should we share for an initial concept discussion?

Send the audience, message, desired action, space, hardware, expected dwell time, event dates and any prize, data or reporting requirements.
